Thank you for choosing SeeClap (the “App”), published by See Apps Studio LLC (“we”, “the Company”; earlier versions of these Terms named the publisher as CodingByJerez). By using the App you agree to the terms below (the “Terms”). Please make sure you understand them before use.
1. Agreement on Terms
Your use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the App.
2. Nature of the App
SeeClap is a utility application that lets you organize your playlists and play your content. The Company provides no content for the App and is not affiliated with any IPTV provider. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and play with SeeClap, and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
3. Using the App
a. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App on your devices, in compliance with the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy or modify the App, any part of it or our trademarks; attempt to extract its source code; translate it; or create derivative versions.
b. Your responsibility
How you use the App is entirely up to you. The App merely presents metadata and plays the streams you provide; it assumes no responsibility for the content you access. Always comply with the laws in force.
c. Your contributions
Any content you share through the App remains your intellectual property. By sharing it, you grant us permission to use, distribute and display it within the App.
d. Indemnity
Should legal issues arise from your use of the App or from a breach of these Terms, you agree to defend us and to cover any resulting damages.
4. Rights related to the App
The App and everything associated with it belong to us. If you believe your rights have been infringed through the App, contact us promptly at contact@seeclap.com.
5. Warranties
The App is provided as is. We do our best, but cannot guarantee a flawless experience.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseen problems you may encounter while using the App.
7. Third-party content and services
SeeClap relies on services such as TMDb, VLCKit, OpenSubtitles.org and other third-party components, each with its own terms. It is your responsibility to consult and accept the terms of use and privacy policies of the third-party services used by the App: Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, TMDb.
8. Purchases and validation
Transactions are processed by Apple or Google. The Company does not directly handle payments or refunds; for any question regarding a transaction, contact the support of the store where you made it. SeeClap verifies purchase receipts with the store’s servers to confirm the authenticity of your in-app purchases.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page; the date shown above is updated accordingly.
10. Termination and updates
We may update the App at any time. Its requirements on iOS, tvOS, macOS, Android and any other system may change, and you will need to install updates to keep using it. We do not promise that the App will always be updated to remain relevant to you or compatible with the system version installed on your device. We may also stop providing the App and terminate its use at any time without notice; upon termination, the rights and licences granted to you end, and you must stop using the App and, if needed, delete it from your device.
