Acceptance
By using this website or any application published by See Apps Studio LLC (“we”), you agree to these Terms. Each application also has its own terms, which take precedence for that application: SeeClap, SeeGym, SeeList.
Our services
See Apps Studio LLC designs, publishes and operates applications for phones, tablets, computers and televisions, distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Applications are provided “as is”; their features may change or be discontinued.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or the applications; not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, extract the source code of, translate or redistribute them or our trademarks; and to comply with the laws that apply to you — including, for SeeClap, the laws that govern the content you choose to play.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. We do not handle payments or refunds directly; requests must be addressed to the store where the purchase was made. Unless a custom end-user licence is provided, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to applications downloaded from the App Store.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, brand assets, code and content are the property of See Apps Studio LLC unless stated otherwise. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Warranty and liability
The website and the applications are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, See Apps Studio LLC shall not be liable for interruptions, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms, update or discontinue features, or stop distributing an application at any time. The date shown above is updated whenever these Terms change; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
