SeeList Terms of Use

Última atualização : 3 de setembro de 2026

De momento, este documento só está disponível em inglês. A versão inglesa é a vinculativa.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of SeeList (the “App”), published by See Apps Studio LLC (“See Apps Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

App-store terms

If you downloaded SeeList from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) applies and these Terms supplement it. If you downloaded SeeList from Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service. Where a mandatory store rule conflicts with these Terms, that rule controls to the extent of the conflict.

The agreement is between you and See Apps Studio, not Apple or Google. We — not the app stores — are responsible for the App, its content, maintenance and support, and for addressing claims relating to it, except where applicable law or the store terms provide otherwise.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable store’s usage rules, including any family-sharing or volume-purchase rights those rules permit.

You may not copy, rent, sell, redistribute or modify the App; remove ownership notices; attempt to derive its source code except where the law expressly permits it; bypass security or access controls; or use our names, logos or trademarks without permission. The App and all related intellectual-property rights remain the property of See Apps Studio and its licensors.

Your content

Your lists, personal products, recipes and settings remain yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable backup, in your own iCloud or Google Drive, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, for securing your device and cloud account, and for keeping any backup you need. Do not use the App to store unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.

The assistant

The optional assistant relies on compatible on-device intelligence features, such as Apple Intelligence or Gemini Nano. Its suggestions — including ingredients, quantities and recipes — may be incomplete, unsuitable or inaccurate. You must review the editable preview before confirming it.

Assistant output is general information, not medical, nutritional, allergy, food-safety or other professional advice. Check ingredients, allergens, quantities, storage and preparation instructions yourself. The assistant may be unavailable on unsupported devices or operating-system versions.

Ads and pricing

SeeList is currently free and funded by ads served through Google AdMob. Advertising is never selected from the contents of your lists. Ad delivery and measurement are subject to your consent choices and to Google’s terms and privacy practices, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

We may change features, availability or pricing in the future. We will not charge you without clearly presenting the price and obtaining the confirmation required by the app store.

Third-party services

The App may interact with third-party services including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Apple iCloud, Google Drive, Siri, Shortcuts, Google Assistant, Apple Intelligence and Gemini Nano. Those services are provided under their owners’ terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, security or continued operation.

Connectivity

Lists, the catalog, search and saved recipes work offline. Loading ads and synchronizing an optional backup require an internet connection. Your network or cloud provider may charge you for data or storage.

Maintenance and changes

We may provide fixes, updates or new versions, and device or operating-system requirements may change. Some updates may be necessary for the App to continue working safely. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature or the App where reasonably necessary, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Warranty and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. You keep any non-waivable consumer rights provided by the law where you live.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, See Apps Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity arising from the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If you obtained the App from Apple’s App Store and it fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for any refund of the purchase price available under the Apple Standard EULA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.

Product and intellectual-property claims

See Apps Studio — not Apple or Google — is responsible for addressing claims about the App, including product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection and third-party intellectual-property claims, to the extent required by law and the applicable store terms.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government prohibited- or restricted-parties list. You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and any third-party agreement that applies to your device, network or cloud account.

Termination

Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, warranty limitations and liability limitations — remain effective.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

For an App Store download, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce the applicable provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, law or platform requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
